Personal Statement from M.D
Internally we will always remember we are a fitness centre made up of individuals. These people are the fitness centre. Each one of us is an intrinsically valuable member of this fitness centre, irrespective of race or position. We always show concern for another in an open atmosphere that stimulates personal developments, job satisfaction and a sense of responsibility. We believe in working as a team, in an effective and confident manner for the benefit of the people, in an environment of honest praise, constructive criticism and fair reward. Those of us in the fitness centre shall reflect who we are externally. Our relationship with our customers will enthuse with warmth and a genuine desire to meet their needs. We will reach out to all youths and people of Zambia in a friendly and organized way that makes them true assets in City Health & Fitness Centre, and Zambia.

We are a fitness centre committed to finding the best way forward in a fast moving and highly competitive fitness field. To remain at the top we shall relentlessly pursue, innovative solutions and constantly grow our knowledge base in and around Zambia, with unrelenting passion for excellence. In every thing we do both within City Health and Fitness Centre and the communities around us. We always work in a customer and objective-oriented manner, with clear defined goals in terms of quality of service in all professional areas, at all levels. We will carry out our duties skillfully and diligently.
